The Facilities, Procurement, Safety & Security officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of procurement and purchasing activities, facilities management, fleet management, security & safety and the overall maintenance and functionality of the Bank’s premises. This role ensures that all operations under their scope are conducted in compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
The role includes coordinating local procedures and reporting and contributing to relevant committees. The employee plays a key role in supporting the Bank’s day-to-day operations by ensuring the smooth, compliant, and cost-effective functioning of all relevant activities under their responsibility. Additionally, this role will cover the responsibilities of Operational Permanent Control.
