Popis

Responsibilities: 

  • Arrange all interviews and ensure all feedbacks are received 
  • Manage and organize recruitment process through B welcome tool
  • Assist with general administration 
  • Maintain new employees file 
  • Send first day emails to new joiners (manuals and forms)
  • Assist with graduates, job shadows,  internships programs
  • Liaise with location HRBP’s / Office Manager and or other departments such as Admin and Travel-desk, to arrange re-location assistance including work/entry permits for new joiners/transfers

 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Fresh graduate holding business management or HR degree's
  • Previous experience in HR is preferred
  • Attention to detail 
  • Professional and reliable 
  • Strict confidentiality
