Position Purpose

Job Summary

AI Engineer (AI Agent development) is a member of AI team factory who is responsible for the AI implementation. 

As an AI expert, he will be responsible for developing and implementing AI use cases.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional IT and Business teams to deliver robust AI solutions that meet needs. The ideal candidate needs to be proficient in AI.

We are looking for AI Agent Developers with strong Python and AI expertise to design and build autonomous AI agents capable of: 

Scanning and understanding large legacy codebase (Java, SpringBoot, Angular, PLSQL...)

Automatically generating and injecting test code to significantly increase Test coverage

Assisting in application modernization by identifying microservices boundaries

Helping isolate database schemas and data fragments aligned with microservice architecture

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, software architecture, and DevOps, and requires deep technical autonomy.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Implement the AI need for the squad/product

·       Delivery of AI solutions to a high standard in line with requirements 

·       Develop with prompt patterns, code with AI, AI‑augmented testing, and review practices 

·       Design and implement autonomous AI Agents

·       Build agents capable of parsing, analyzing, and reasoning over large codebases

·       Implement agent workflows (planning, execution, validation, feedback)

·       Broad technical knowledge and experience across applications, development frameworks and technologies 

·       Experience with AI in SDLC: code assistants, test generation, code review augmentation, and LLM integration patterns; understanding of cost/latency/quality trade‑offs and evaluation.

·       AI & Agent Systems: Experience building LLM-powered agents / Prompt Engineering and structured output generation

·       Code analysis & Testing: Static and dynamic code analysis / Automated test generation /Unit, integration and end-to-end testing strategy / Test coverage tools (SonarQube, JaCoCo,...)

 Tasks:
