Job Title: ICE engineer (technical follow-up / configurator)

Position Purpose:
The candidate will participate in implementing usages of our product ICE (File and message Hub).
ICE is the existing platform dedicated to the publish/subscribe pattern, whether by messages (MQ Series) or by files (CFT) as a HUB. It is made available to the IT french teams of all business areas
The main activity is to handle “client” requests (part of client projects) to implement or update, on ICE, new or existing flows and their configurations successively for dev, UAT and production environments.
We are looking for rigorous candidates, with, on top, a perfect client oriented posture, in french.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Design, develop, participateontests, and deploy the new configurationsof ICE on different environments (Dev, UAT, Prod)
- Handle bugs and incidents (during build) incl. guarantee period
- Participate on quotations upon client requests
- Collaborate with the squad to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in agile rituals, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
