Position Purpose

The IT Business analyst articulate business / operational needs and define the appropriate technology solution. Projects in scope involve optimization of the workflows, increase in efficiency and productivity. Functions include working closely with all project Stakeholders articulating business / reporting / data management needs and defining the appropriate technology solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong academic background in business management (BSchool), a keen interest and a passion for connecting business needs with technology solutions. 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsabilités

1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation :

➢ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

➢ Analyze workflows, processes, and data flows, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

➢ Convert business requirements into Functional specifications and prepare Functional

Specifications and System Requirements.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

➢ Act as the primary bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring accurate

translation of functional needs into technical solutions.

➢ Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and propose actionable solutions.

➢ Provide Assistance to IT support teams in the investigation of production issues and coordinate

their resolution with software suppliers when necessary.

➢ Participate In the resolution of non-compliance situations revealed by audits and in the resolution

of situation reviews.

3. Functional Documentation & Testing:

➢ Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.

➢ Ensure that design is aligned with Group policies and industry practices, as well as Regulatory

requirements.

➢ Prepare User guides, Business Cases, Training Material, Production Support procedures

➢ Contribute to test scenarios, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validate outcomes to

meet business requirements.

4. Collaboration with Technology Teams:

➢ Leverage any prior knowledge or interest in tools, systems, or basic programming to contribute to

solution design.

➢ Work closely with vendors, system architects and IT development teams to clarify and guide

development teams on functional requirements and align technology solutions with business 

goals.

5. Learning & Development:

➢ Gain an in-depth understanding of the domain.

➢ Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements

impacting the capital markets
