Job Title: Vice President

Location: 525 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310

Duties: Conduct multiple, complex, and concurrent audit assignments in accordance with audit methodology, including audit scoping, planning, evaluating, and reporting. Write audit reports, inclusive of value added audit findings and corresponding recommendations. Validate the adequacy and appropriateness of remediation actions to address audit recommendations. Perform continuous risk monitoring activities. Deliver clear presentations to senior management and audit management. *Telecommuting permitted 50% of the time within normal commuting distance of BNP Paribas RCC Inc.’s offices located in Jersey City, NJ.

SALARY:   $150,000 - $195,000 / year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and six (6) years of experience in a job offered or a related role. Must have six (6) years of experience with the following: Audit and/or risk experience with compliance risk management in the banking industry; internal audit and/or risk experience with compliance risk management in the banking industry; experience with compliance risk management concepts and related regulatory expectations; working in a multinational financial/financial services organization; and understanding regulatory expectations affecting bank or financial services organizations from international regulators. Must have five (5) years of experience with the following: experience in banking risk management improvement or remediation projects; and testing controls, including assessments of control design and operating effectiveness testing.
