About the job
  • The Referential Integration and Data Quality Analyst is responsible for improving the overall quality of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), while coordinating the implementation of controls, global policies and automations
  • The Referential Integration and Data Quality Analyst is also responsible for onboarding Counterparties into Global Markets systems (From Front Office to Back Office) and making sure all BNP controls are applied and both risk and compliance rules and guidelines are followed
Your Main Activities Are
  • Implement and coordinate new controls in order to reduce the incidents and improve the quality of SSI stock
  • Ensure the implementation within the SSI team of new global policies (Compliance, Operational Permanent Control, Regulatory)
  • Coordinate the implementation of SSI automation processes
  • Contribute to and coordinate any project within Referential team
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding of Counterparties in the Global Markets systems within our team perimeter
  • Coordinate and manage the reports to allow the reconciliation of the active Counterparties in Global Markets Systems.
  • Contribute to KPI and provide visibility on the production on the team activity
  • Implement the Callback process, reaching out to BNP Paribas clients by phone, in order to confirm the SSIs by ensuring the information provided by email is accurate and secure the client details, decreasing the risk of cash incidents and fraud attempts.
Profile and Skills to Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in Banking & Financial Operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to collaborate with others, with a results driven mindset
