About the job
- This role sits within Securities Services Change and Transformation Department, in a transversal and dynamic team dedicated to process harmonization and efficiency gains across the organization
- The Project Manager mission is to design, implement and refine processes that drive efficiency and quality within Business Implementation department by ensuring the successful implementation of transformation projects. Leveraging on the existing expertise, fostering collaboration and embrace continuous improvement while leading simple to complex programs or group of related projects to success. The Project Manager develops and manages new and existing projects by recommending, monitoring or adjusting appropriate operating procedures to meet requirements defined by the Process Owner
Your Main Activities Are
- Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Own and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals as pre-defined by the Process Owner
- Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and their exceptions to guide operational team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of process enhancement
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Act as a subject matter expert on relevant processes, providing guidance and support operational team members
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate process improvements smoothly.
- Analyse data and feedback to support the decision-making process by the Process Owner and Business Intelligence (BI Management)
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate program activities including framing, planning and implementation to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met according to established requirements and schedules
- Lead meetings, workshops, or internal trainings, using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results
- Support organisation or internal clients in implementing program and project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer Science
- From 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management and Consulting
- Fluent (C1) level of English
- Ability to deliver/Results driven
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Knowledge of BNP Paribas’ organisation and strategy
- Analytical ability (namely in Excel and Powerpoint)
