Position Purpose

The Business Manager (AVP) in the CEO office will provide operational, coordination and business management support to the CEO Office to enable effective leadership engagement, smooth execution of executive visits and disciplined governance of CEO Office priorities

Responsibilities

 

Leadership and Executive Agenda & Event Management

 

·             Plan and coordinate end to end agendas for visiting senior leadership of the Group as directed

·             Ensure seamless execution of visits, including logistics, follow up and action tracking

·             Support planning and execution of CEO Office sponsored events such as Townhalls, Offsites, Internal and External Stakeholder events as per leadership expectations

·             Manage vendors, venues, budgets, logistics plans for key events

·             Coordinate CEO meetings with senior management

·             Liaise with global stakeholders in coordinating meetings for CEO

·             Provide foundational business management support for CEO Office governance activities and priorities

·             Follow up on actions from Meetings and ensure execution discipline

·             Support preparation of presentations for leadership reviews
