ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

As Head of IRFX Macro Sales to Iberian Corporates, you will expand our IRFX platform in Spain and Portugal, positioning BNPP as the first‑choice partner for risk‑management flows, maximizing revenue and safeguarding conduct standards. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering a collaborative mindset.
• Champion a robust conduct framework to protect the bank, clients and colleagues.
• Market BNPP’s IRFX capabilities to treasury and senior‑dealer decision‑makers.
• Generate alpha‑rich content and market intelligence to stimulate client engagement.
• Identify and originate risk‑management opportunities, driving new‑client acquisition and cross‑asset execution excellence. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Studies

University degree

• Experience

Extensive experience in marketing and/or advising on FX and interest rate hedging instruments to corporate clients

Proven track record of contributing to a team’s overall objectives

• Languages

Spanish, English, French (desireable), Portuguese (desireable)
