Our 400‑plus experts deliver end‑to‑end production services—Infrastructure, Telecom, Workspace, Security and Application Production—across EMEA. 🚀 MISSION
As an Incident, Change & Problem Manager you will protect production security by detecting and coordinating incidents, steering change and problem portfolios, leading crisis meetings, and driving continuous improvement across the ProdSec (Production Security) landscape.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Detect and analyze infrastructure‑related incidents, engaging stakeholders to determine root causes.
• Direct and coordinate incident, change and problem resolution processes.
• Lead steering and facilitation meetings for change coordination and problem action plans.
• Produce, analyse and distribute monthly dashboards and incident‑crisis reports to internal clients and management.
• Act as the Disaster Recovery and PACT correspondent for ProdSec.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in incident, change or problem management within IT production.
• High proficiency in English (written & spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 and ServiceNow.
• Critical thinking, analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail.
• Rigor, autonomy, curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders and produce concise synthesis documents.
