Job Title: Associate- 
 Collateral Management

Department: Third Party Collateral Management

About Business line/Function: Global Market Operations


Position Purpose: Managing Service Delivery team within Third Party Collateral - 3CM, contribute in achieving the team’s goal. Creating Human resource assets within organization, Managing and driving internal Team meetings, Clients service on margin calls, interest settlement, dispute resolutions, understanding on client SLA and CSA requirement


Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

a. Responsible for the full front to back daily margin call process for specific clients: 

b. Performing Data Quality analysis prior to issuing margin calls. 

c. Margin Call Preparation “Netting Cash Flows / Rolling Interest. 

d. Margin Call issuance. 

e. Booking of eligible Credit Support and fails management. 

f. Substitutions of Collateral with both CCP and Client. 

g. Client Reporting.  

h. Monthly interest settlements. 

i. ISDA/CSA setup knowledge. 

j. Responsible for the Client Testing / Onboarding into Collateral Platforms.


Contributing Responsibilities

Communication skills: Required for liaising with counterparties and internal stakeholders to the collateral process. (Middle offices, marketers, traders, credit and legal) a. Time Management and an ability to adapt to the varying demands of the team. b. Risk Awareness: Strong awareness of Operational, Counterparty, and Regulatory risk. c. Knowledge of OTC derivative products (Credit,, Interest Rate, FX , ) d. Strong knowledge on the life cycle of a trade. e. Previous experience in Collateral Management or other Middle Office Operation functions within Investment Banking. (Exposure to Client Clearing / OTC Margin calls beneficial.) 


Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·       Able to work with large data in excel and suggest process enhancement ideas.

·       Knowledge of advanced formulas & pivot tables in excel is must.

·       Good working knowledge of tools such as Acadia, Calypso, Trioptima etc

Specific Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
