Job Title: Project Manager

Position Purpose:
· Assume end-to-end accountability for achieving the project objectives, in line with commitments made to the Business, in compliance with the entity’s strategic direction and the sponsor’s expectations.
· Lead the entire project and coordinate all stakeholders and contributors.
· Act as the project’s primary point of contact.

Assume end-to-end accountability for achieving the project objectives, in line with commitments made to the Business, in compliance with the entity’s strategic direction and the sponsor’s expectations:
– Be accountable for achieving the project objectives within budget, deadlines, and deliverable quality
– Coordinate preliminary studies in liaison with the Business/sponsor
– Ensure the need is properly defined and validated
– Ensure requirements are consistent with the selected needs and that the technology is feasible
– Ensure the solution is suitable (including sizing) for all requirements
– Ensure the solution is validated with all stakeholders
– Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and the project plan throughout the project lifecycle
– Ensure delivery, operability, and go-live of the solution
– Identify and manage risks that may arise during project delivery, in coordination with all stakeholders. Develop the mitigation plan for these risks, including the associated cost
– Identify resource needs in terms of headcount and technical/functional skills
– Based on delivery capacity (technical and human resources), identify the project’s impacts on strategic demand planning and adjust it as needed
Contributing Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the entire project:
– Act as the main contact with the project sponsor
– Be responsible for communication to all contributors and beyond, as applicable
Contribute, where applicable, to the evaluation of team members by identifying strengths and areas for improvement
Identify best practices and share them within your entity and across the Group
Facilitate and/or participate in communities of practice

Specific Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:
o Proven working experience in project management
o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / At least 10 years of experience in People and Project Management
