Job Title: PPM Analyst

Department: ITG Production

About Business line/Function: Group CTO Office 

Position Purpose: 

Contribute to the operational management of the IT Production project portfolio by ensuring project/portfolio data reliability, the production of reporting and portfolio views, and administrative and tool-based support to project teams, within a standardized and documented framework.
The role aims to provide reliable, usable deliverables for onshore PPM teams, without holding responsibility for strategic decision support.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Project portfolio tracking and reporting

·         Build and update the consolidated view of the project portfolio (statuses, phases, changes).

·         Metric analysis of portfolio evolution (volume, status distribution, trends).

·         Track completed projects and verify closure actions in the tools.

Administrative project management in PPM tools

·         Create and close projects in Clarity.

·         Update project statuses in accordance with defined rules.

·         Check consistency between entered data and expected reference data.

Data quality and reliability

·         Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or missing data.

·         Follow up with project managers on correcting identified gaps.

·         Apply the quality control rules defined by PPM.

Production of portfolio views and reporting materials

·         Prepare PPM portfolio views using Dataviz tools and consolidated data.

·         Collect information from project managers, sponsors, and contributing departments (CIB, BP2I).

·         Consolidate and harmonize indicators across entities.

·         Update executive reporting materials according to existing formats.

Staffing Office

·         Manage processes for arrivals, departures, and mobility of employees and external assistants.

·         Organize onboarding sessions.

·         Track billable days for external assistants and manage day-to-day operational coordination with service providers (ESNs).

 

 

Contributing Responsibilities

·         This role is intended for a profile focused on data management and reporting, able to work remotely on standardized and documented activities, while remaining vigilant about the quality and relevance of the deliverables produced. Collaboration with local teams remains essential to ensure business understanding and process effectiveness.

Specific Qualifications:

o    Mastering Clarity

o    Advanced proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, Power Query)

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Technical Skills:

o    Proficiency with Project Portfolio Management tools (notably Clarity).

o    Good understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.

o    Skills in data quality, consistency checks, and anomaly tracking.

o    Ability to produce structured, standardized materials (portfolio views, dashboards).

o    Knowledge of PPM processes and project life cycles (operational level).

o    Comfort with collaboration tools (SharePoint, tracking and reporting tools).

Behavioral Skills: 

o    Attention to detail and reliability in data processing.

o    Ability to work on standardized, repeatable, documented activities.

o    Organization and prioritization in a multi-project context.

o    Clear written communication to follow up on anomalies and produce deliverables.

o    Ability to apply rules while flagging cases that require onshore arbitration.

o    Operational autonomy, within an established governance and rules framework.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / At least 10 years of experience
