About Business line/Function: |
Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team is part of CIB ITO function. TPRM Shared service center (SSC) based out of ISPL is focused on implementation of standardized and synergized global Target Operating Model (TOM) for Third Party Risk Management across CIB. The Target Operating Model is a consistent framework to meet stringent regulatory requirements leveraging a risk-based approach, unified processes and standardized tools. |

Position Purpose | |||||||
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to spearhead strategy, planning, and execution of technical changes and projects for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This role requires a blend of deep project management expertise, functional knowledge of risk and compliance, and the ability to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams. ------ AVP role within Project management team in TPRM SSC is a critical role with primary responsibility of supporting all change management with respect to Global TPRM tools from Shared Service centre in India. Further the role is also required to build and support senior management governance and reporting in form of Data churning, Management Presentation construction articulating key messages for senior stakeholder consumption. | |||||||
Responsibilities | |||||||
Direct Responsibilities
· Project Leadership and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for functional technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. · Stakeholder Management: Serve as the communication link between business, IT, operations, beneficiaries translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice-versa. · Project Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Foresee and identify possible project risk and provide re-solutions backed with robust risk assessment methodologies with remediation plans being tracked and managed effectively. Escalate issues in timely manner when required. · Change Management: Manage the integration and implementation of technologies, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption by functional teams. UAT and Sanity Testing management for TPRM Tool releases. · Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk dashboards and executive summaries for management committees.

Technical:- · Proven experience utilizing Project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum or Kanban for efficient project execution. · Ability to create appealing visuals for updates using MS PowerPoint and design dashboard / reporting formats. · Hands on experience with project management tools (MS Projects/MS Powerpoint/MS VISIO/JIRA/GANTT etc). · General Risk management and Controls management awareness.
