Job Title: Business Manager – RISK IT (RISK MCL COO)
Department: RISK
Position Purpose: We are looking for an experienced professional to work both as a Business Manager to support the RISK MCL COO cluster on various initiatives, supporting the ramp up of the platform, the mutualisation between teams, the improvement in the operating processes and provide Project Management support along with Business Management activities (Finance and Headcount monitoring) for the teams within RISK Systems and RISK MCL COO Cluster at ISPL
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Support all administrative, financial and operational activities for the MCL COO.
- Support requirements for metrics/reporting on a periodic basis in close coordination with Deputy CRO and RISK stream Managers:
- ISPL governance forums – ISPL Board pack, KPI metrics, ISPL RISK dashboard,
- Drive delivery of organizational initiatives, ad-hoc assignments
- Support creation of meeting material and presentations
- Secretarial support for select meetings and forums including ISPL governance committees and Board to support the ISPL Deputy CRO.
- Local coordination with Finance and Project Management Office on Budgets, expense management and Forecasting for ISPL.
- Closely monitor all costs (Headcount, Travel etc.). Monitor the recruitment status for all teams within MCL COO Cluster as well RISK Systems at ISPL in conjunction with local HR.
- Coordination with Central RISK Transformation in Paris for alignment on headcount, transition and transformation projects for ISPL.
- Coordination with local Finance, HR, Legal teams, IT Security teams for sign-off for creation of new SLAs for new activity migration into ISPL.
- Create pitch books, presentations and packs to support the Deputy CRO for ISPL
- Local ISPL coordination for annual review and maintenance of SLA management with Project Management Office and SLA teams at ISPL.
- Organize events – strategy meet, CSR activities etc.
- Coordination with local entity Business Management teams for local governance (hubs info. requests for CEO office) and administrative matters (incl. real estate strategy etc.)\
Contributing Responsibilities
- Support with tracking and monitoring Strategic and transversal projects
- Undertake pre-initiation tasks for projects and prepare documentation
- Define deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage delivery.
- Conduct project workgroups and stakeholder meetings and compile project progress reports with appropriate KPI /metrics including transformation
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation and pitch book writing skills
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Fluent in English
- Project management skills and some experience on working on enterprise-wide projects
- Experience in offshoring / outsourcing consulting tasks would be a plus
- Ability to work with global teams and being a good team player
- Strong communication
- Willingness to work within stringent timelines
- Ability to multitask and be agile
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Integrates the multi-cultural dimension and different interpersonal styles and ways of working in her / his approach
- Elaborates network of contacts in order to increase his/her influence, in the strict respect of confidentiality rules
Specific Qualifications: Graduation + MBA (good to have)

Technical Skills:
- Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong in making visually appealing presentations

- Strong understanding on project management
Behavioral Skills:

Education Level: Post Graduation in Management will be ideal
