Job Title: P&P Supplier Invoicing Liaison

Department: P&P ISPL – India Procurement

About Business line/Function: Procurement function is responsible for Optimizing external spend through competitive acquisition of goods and services from dependable suppliers to achieve savings for the Bank at right level of quality. Promote Procurement led purchase management, by expense category (refer Procurement Scope below) through a regional operating model and facilitating management of third-party risk.

Position Purpose: This role acts as a liaison between ISPL Business teams, ISPL Procurement, CIB INDUS Invoicing and External Suppliers. The primary objective is to resolve all queries raised by BNPP Internal teams with Supplier community. This will include chairing query resolution meetings, co-ordinating for documents, facilitating resolutions and other supplier related resolutions.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Mailbox monitoring for supplier / internal queries and responses.

·         Sharing key information received from internal teams to suppliers at defined frequencies (payment files, resource details etc.).

·         Asset-related tracking and co-ordination with suppliers.

·         Invoices / Credit Note / GST / TDS related topics with suppliers.

·         Monthly suppliers connect meetings.

·         Follow-up with suppliers on all open issues / requirements to ensure closure.

·         APAC ITO – Creation of PO in SAP and Seets related activities in the system.

·         Managing APAC ITO email-box and responses to all emails.

Contributing Responsibilities

·         SPOC for all internal teams for Invoice related queries.

·         Be backup for APAC ITO related processes

·         Support ISPL manager on projects / initiatives.  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·         Invoicing process knowledge

·         Understanding of Payment related concepts (GST / TDS etc.)

·         Know how of Tools like SAP & PDAP

·         MS Excel skills / Data Analysis

·         Good Written & Verbal communication

·         Problem solving abilities.

Graduate
