Joining Consulting & Transformation means becoming part of BNP Paribas’ internal consulting function.

At the heart of the Group’s strategic priorities and major transformation initiatives, Consulting & Transformation supports business lines and functions in delivering high-impact projects: business development, industrialization, operating model optimization, Data and AI strategy, and more.

We offer end-to-end support. From solving complex business challenges through our Consulting team, to implementing solutions with our Transformation team, and providing operational reinforcement through Boost to Business Transition Officers or our experts (Lean, Agile, ISO, Shoring, Supplier Audit), our teams work closely with decision-makers and operational stakeholders to address complex and evolving challenges with agility.

Made up of committed and passionate professionals, Consulting & Transformation brings together a diverse range of expertise to co-design, alongside Group teams, practical, sustainable and high value-added solutions that transform strategic ambitions into measurable results.

Our business offers employees a stimulating environment combining strong visibility, high-impact assignments and accelerated career development opportunities.

Today, BNP Paribas Consulting & Transformation brings together 270 professionals across 8 teams, directly reporting to the Group COO, Philippe Maillard, and integrated into the TOP community.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

You will join the Supplier Audit Team, which is responsible for assessing the Group’s strategic partners. You will contribute to a wide variety of assignments aimed at evaluating the quality, performance and service continuity delivered by these partners, within a demanding and highly visible cross-functional environment involving multiple business lines and functions.

The position is based in Paris, with regular travel across France and internationally, approximately one week per month. Each assignment is conducted in pairs within a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing, perspective-taking and continuous professional development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting supplier audit assignments from preparation through to the presentation of conclusions
  • Assessing the quality, performance and continuity of services delivered by suppliers
  • Conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to supplier audit governance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Representing the Group with its partners, demonstrating high standards of professionalism, rigor and integrity

You will work in an environment where transformation, operational performance, process excellence and innovation are key priorities. An interest in Technology, Data and Artificial Intelligence environments will be appreciated, particularly to understand the evolution of audited services and support the Group’s transformation initiatives.

What’s next for you?

This position will enable you to develop recognized expertise in supplier process auditing and deepen your understanding of the Group’s activities, quality standards and operational challenges.

This experience will also give you the opportunity to expand your internal network and strengthen your cross-functional understanding of BNP Paribas businesses and functions. It may open doors to future opportunities in audit, process management, control functions, transformation roles or other transversal positions within the Group.

The benefits of joining us

Working at BNP Paribas means benefiting from a comprehensive compensation package, including fixed and variable remuneration, employee savings and profit-sharing schemes, health insurance and protection benefits, as well as a wide range of advantages linked to Group and company agreements.

It also means joining a flexible work environment with a hybrid working model defined together with your manager, while becoming part of a Group committed to its clients, employees and society. You will also have the opportunity to take part in community and charitable initiatives during your working time through the One Million Hours To Help program.

Are you our next Supplier Auditor?

You have experience in process auditing, regardless of the industry sector, and you are comfortable structuring audit approaches, conducting interviews and documenting findings in a clear and objective manner.

You work fluently in both French and English, orally and in writing, and can draft audit reports with a high level of rigor. Knowledge of quality or service management standards such as ISO, ITIL or ISO 20000-1, as well as an understanding of IT production environments, would be valuable assets for success in this role.

You are able to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork. Your adaptability, analytical mindset, client orientation and commitment to continuous improvement will enable you to contribute effectively to the team’s objectives.
