YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE MANAGEMENT CONTROL TEAM 

As a Management control Graduate Trainee, you will support the management control team while developing your analytical and financial skills. You will:

• Become familiar with budgeting, forecasting and financial closing processes,
• Support the preparation, analysis and monitoring of financial reports and performance indicators,
• Assist with financial data analysis and contribute to ensuring data accuracy and consistency,
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders on day-to-day Management control activities,
• Gain exposure to cross-functional projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
  
  

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

* Master’s Degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Auditing, Management (or related....),
* Be fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2), English (B2), French is a plus,
* Be unemployed and registered in IEFP,
* Be between 18 and 35 years old, except in the case of "estágio de inserção", for which there is no age limit,
* Never have participated in an IEFP internship,
* Not have had any employment relationship, service provision or internship with the host organization or any entities within the same group in the 24 months prior to the application.
