2027 APAC Long Internship (January to June) – Wealth Management - Singapore
For: Undergraduate students in any disciplines from a recognized university

Training

Working alongside our teams of industry leading specialists, you will gain on-the-job training throughout your 6 months programme taking you along a development path to build your expertise and broaden your base of skills.
What you will do?
As a Business Analytics intern, you will:
· Analytics activities at all stages of the analytics life-cycle
o understanding business needs
o defining business questions to be answered using data
o identifying, examining, and retrieving data from various databases and data warehouses
o writing code to source, cleanse and transform data
o conducting exploratory data analysis
o developing analytics models
o interpreting model results
o explaining business insights and implications
o preparing and presenting recommendations using visualization tools like Tableau
· Supporting ad-hoc analytics requests
· Documenting and maintaining scripts
· Researching best practices and developments in related analytics domains, including data engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence and natural language processing
As a Credit Management intern, you will:
· Support APAC credit management on all aspect of business management and development.
· Work closely with senior management, relationship managers and functions either regionally or globally on different business management and development topics.
· Production of analysis, reports and presentations related to credit topics for senior management.
· Support regular and ad-hoc analysis with reporting as required by managers.
· Participate in transformation projects undertaken by credit management.
· Support for production of regular management reporting related to credit management.
· Perform ad hoc analysis and prepare management committee presentation.
· Participate in transformation projects or WM organization improvement to adapt to new business model.
· Handle statistics and data analysis of large databases.
· Assist in the definition and implementation of new credit development to support the WM business growth.
As a Digital Product intern, you will:
· As a Digital Product Intern in BNP Paribas Wealth Management APAC, you will join the Digital & AI team and work side‑by‑side with senior product owners, data scientists, UX designers, and IT engineering squads.
· Your role is central to the organization's digital strategy, responsible for guiding digital product development that blend data‑driven insights, AI‑enabled services, and a seamless user experience across web and mobile digital channels. You are expected to perform market research by validating opportunities, assessing competitors and understanding user pain points.
· You will need to work with cross-functional teams within the bank (and vendor, if applicable) to crystallize the business requirement, drive the technical build, and complete the validation and delivery of the digital product to commercial launch, while ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and maximizing product value for our Wealth Management clients.
· In short – you will own the product lifecycle, a series of structured phases - from strategy and conceptualization, to launch and evolution – executed iteratively using feedback loops to refine the product continuously.
As a Sales Management intern, you will:
- Implementation of Sales Steering Activities across all Front Office Markets in Singapore Site
- Monitor and report sales management activities e.g. pipelines/ initiatives etc.
- Support dimension of business pulse and opportunities
- Collaborate with team member and provide support in their ongoing projects
- Contribute to new initiatives/ developmental activities as assigned and execute with excellence
As a WMSG Site Management intern, you will:
Support the strategic and operational management of the Wealth Management business at the site level. This role provides exposure to the full breadth of private banking activities, working closely with Business Managers, Relationship Managers and functional partners. The intern will contribute to the initiatives that enhance client engagement, support business growth, and improve the effectiveness of frontline teams.
This position supports the WMSG Site Management Business Manager in the following:
· Business Support & Execution- Support site-level initiatives, townhalls, client events and management routines to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business priorities
· Data & Analytics- Support the preparation and collection of business performance reports, analysis and reporting
· Project Management- Participate and provide support in strategic projects and initiatives for example, process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience
· Develop management presentation/proposal/communication materials;
· Support in running people engagement activities and initiatives including Town Halls, Front office RM and MA forums and sessions, etc.
· Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Site Management.
