Associate / Associate Director, Capital Markets

Job location Warsaw (Poland)

Responsibilities:

• Provide investment advisory services to clients on the buy-side and sell-side of industrial and logistics properties
• Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions from origination to closing
• Build and develop long-term relationships with investors and key market players
• Actively identify and originate new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver pitches, investment materials and client presentations
• Cooperate closely with other departments to support cross-selling initiatives
• Support junior team members in transaction execution when required

Requirements

• At least 5 / 7 years of proven experience in real estate industry sector, including few years on sell or buy investment side
• Proven track record across a variety of sector
• Demonstrable understanding of market and local knowledge
• Proven experience of gaining, leading projects to deliver seamless client service
• Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
• Business development and client relationship management. Demonstrable understanding of client needs
• Experience in conducting pitches and presentations
• Financial acumen and budget management
• High level business and report writing experience
• Some experience in managing people and teams
• Presentation, negotiation and teamwork skills
