As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. The OVRK (Ownership Verification & Record‑Keeping) team sits at the heart of our Depositary function within the fast‑growing Private Capital department. Our core responsibility is to carry out ownership verification and record‑keeping (OVRK) and to ensure that periodic ownership verifications (POV) and reconciliation processes meet the strict requirements of the AIFM Directive for clients across six locations.

What We Do:
- Perform all OVRK BAU tasks on time and in full compliance.
- Review legal documents and accurately map fund structures in our system.
- Keep data integrity through regular checks and reconciliations.
- Design, monitor and improve controls; raise risk‑mitigation ideas when gaps appear.
- Communicate with internal and external clients via email, video calls and dedicated inboxes.
- Flag and escalate issues promptly while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support the Team Leader on daily operations, crises, meetings and projects.
- Keep KPIs up‑to‑date and circulate them to all six locations.
- Lead process‑enhancement initiatives, migrations and change programmes.
- Coach junior staff and act as the SME for all OVRK‑related queries.
- Participate in internal/external projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and aid new‑process launches and client‑acquisition efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands‑on OVRK or private‑capital fund‑structure experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple complex processes across locations, re‑prioritising under pressure.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail; track record of error‑free, regulator‑compliant work.
- Strong risk awareness – spotting gaps, proposing and implementing controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Client‑focused mindset with proven relationship‑building skills.
- Leadership: act as SME, mentor less‑experienced colleagues.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Team player who contributes to a supportive, high‑performing culture.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree; English B2 (C1 preferred). Additional languages (Polish, French, German, Dutch…) are a plus.
