Description

Arval Competence Center Warsaw is the latest initiative of the BNP Paribas group, which aims to develop competences and business services. Currently, ACCW employs over 90 people who, every day, in various languages, help Arval Group entities to efficiently serve Clients and Partners. In ACCW, solutions are being created that aim to streamline the customer and supplier verification processes. The center specializes, among others, in credit analyses and KYC analyses, and also performs tasks in the field of HR data administration and internal control.

 

In connection with the development of Arval Competence Center Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for the following position:

 

HR Specialist (Admin HR / Employer Branding)

Responsibilities

  • Administration of the employee experience process
  • Coordination and optimization of processes related to employee experience (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Developing internal and external communication
  • Preparation of documents and materials for the needs of the HR department
  • Developing and implementing an employer branding strategy in line with the company's mission and values
  • Creating and managing content promoting the employer's brand in the media, industry portals, etc
  • Coordination of recruitment and image campaigns (events, job fairs, open days, webinars)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, universities, relevant organizations
  • Organization and conduct of other events 
  • Participation in various HR processes and projects depending on current needs
  • Co-creating a positive culture of the organization, supporting employee engagement and motivation

Our requirements

  • Higher education 
  • Very good knowledge of English, level min. B2
  • Experience in creating and implementing EB and communication practices
  • Practical knowledge of HR processes
  • Experience working in a diverse environment
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Quality and timeliness in the performance of duties
