Securities Operations Specialist

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in the finance, banking, or a related area.
  
• Very good command of English and German (minimum B2 level).
  
• Analytical mindset, attention to details
  
• Positive attitude towards change
  
• First experience in the finance/corporate environment is nice to have.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  
• Ability to work within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting the Annual General Meeting processes necessary to meet our regulatory requirements 
• Timely and high-quality processing of general meeting information and admission ticket orders
• Prompt and qualitative response to internal and external inquiries
• Control activities and contribution to the elimination of technical error messages
• Processing and continuous improvement of the invoicing process
• Execution of test activities in the required application programs
• Implementation of the quality standards of the division and BNP Paribas
• Flexible support for departments and projects
• International exchange with service providers and issuers
• Support of the SWIFT communication applications required for the department
• Exchange with technical departments
