About Business line/Function: 

Position Purpose: The ISPL FRS team member will be part of the FRS EMEA region, responsible for understanding and maintaining BRD/FSD—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business needs. The person will be responsible for managing accounting processes, validating business request, and incident management (logging, tracking, and escalation), as well as coordinating re-qualification to resolve gaps while also proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues. Also enable on-time delivery through structured governance, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Interact with functional and technical representatives of project teams to understand business functionalities, technical modules, integration mechanism and data sources.

·         Prepare functional specifications for developers and testers.

·         Prepare test plans and conduct Integration, Regression, Performance and Functional Testing using automated testing frameworks 

·         Review Functional Specs, Functional Test Cases prepared by IT team.

·         Provide functional assistance to Development/Testing teams.

·         Train others (wherever required) in order to ensure knowledge sharing and backup.

·         Ensure that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development lifecycle and day-to-day development work.

·         To participate in out-of-hours support as required and willingness to work in afternoon shift

·         To ensure that application is of good quality, ensure any issues are fixed on priority.

·         To work with teams to help solve complex problems

·         To ensure all activities carried-out and solutions proposed, planned and delivered are compliant with Organization policy guidelines.

·         Contribute towards recruitment efforts - both for the team as well as for the organization

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Mandatory Skills: 

Primary: 

·         Working experience in SQL Query writing skills.

·         Python

·         Experience in performing SIT & UAT.

Secondary: 

·       Experience as a Analyst in an IT industry in the Finance domain.

·       Thorough understanding of complete Software Development Lifecycle

·       Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks.

·       Good communication, good interpersonal skills and co-ordination activities

·       Ability to understand business requirements easily and translate them into functional requirements.

·       Good documentation ability.

Specific Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

3+ years’ experience required

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Technical Skills:

• Oracle PL/SQL
• Python

Behavioral Skills: 

·         Ability to understand, explain and support change

·         Analytical Ability

·         Ability to manage a project

Education Level: 

Bachelor Degree or equivalent
