Position Purpose | |||||||
The role of Java Tech Lead is to design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable End-to-End client lifecycle management framework. This framework would require ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing operational efficiency. This is a pivotal role in safeguarding BNPP Group against fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes by leveraging advanced technologies and innovative solutions. This position is critical in driving technical vision, strategy, and execution of client lifecycle management initiatives, thereby contributing to the overall risk management and integrity of the organization. This position would play a pivotal role in understanding requirements, developing applications, ensuring good testing coverage, defining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring performance and stability of the applications.
