Position Purpose

We are seeking a skilled RPA UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using UiPath. 

The ideal candidates should be familiar with RPA technologies and have a strong understanding of UiPath and its core functionalities.

They should also be well versed in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and be able to deliver high-quality, efficient automation solutions.

They help in the development and realization of high-quality software solutions in accordance with the applicable best practices (maintainable, safe, documented, scalable, testable and in accordance with the needs of the business area).

 

Responsibilities


Direct Responsibilities

·       Analyze business operations and identify automation opportunities.

·       Design, develop and test automation workflows using UiPath.

  • Deploy RPA bots and manage and maintain them for operational stability.
  • Document process details and ensure that all tasks are well documented.
  • Perform debugging and troubleshooting for the deployed RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of RPA solutions according to the business needs.
  • Ensure quality of the system through rigorous testing methods and industry-standard practices.
  • Provide support and training to end-users regarding automated processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest RPA tools and technologies.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Supporting design and implementation software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Supporting requirements elicitation
  • Co-designing RPA development guidelines 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering 
  • At least 7+ years of proven work experience as an RPA Developer or similar role 
  • Experience in software development with languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin is a plus.
  • Good understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
