About the job
- Participate and take responsibility for small projects or critical modules providing support to BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking Management, both locally and at Group level
Your Main Activities Are
- Take full ownership on assigned modules, perform complex modelling and analysis understanding their potential impact for clients
- Frame, design and lead autonomously the delivery of one or more projects ensuring quality and respect of deadlines
- Prepare and lead workshops and meetings using relevant techniques and providing insightful results
- Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients while maintaining independence and the capacity to challenge them
- Develop their network and relationships with clients on a regular basis (middle and senior management)
- Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to CIB Consulting development.
- Promote CIBC in front of CIB management to enhance the brand equity
- Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties
- Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team and coach team members providing constructive feedbacks and respective improvement actions
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master degree in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction
- Between 5 and 7 years of working experience in Project Management and Consulting
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Good knowledge of Office pack
- Proficient in Strategy and Consulting
- Experience in Project Management Framing
About the Team
- Consulting & Transformation (C&T) is part of the COO scope of BNP Paribas Portugal. Its goal is to advise BNP Paribas’ Management, participating in the framing, design and implementation of projects and operating models aimed at supporting global Functions & CIB Business lines, having both a global and local mandate
