About the job
- Teams must continually update or create new interfaces to adapt to new regulatory demands, business lines or to integrate new products, new entities… In order to help teams in their daily tasks, a new tool Model, one option of Axway Financial Accounting Hub (AFAH) option, will be introduced with the objectives of standardizing the method, processes and documentation, having a shared database, and finally having better data traceability
Your Main Activities Are
- Lead all the stakeholders involved on the project, organize the tasks and produce with the objective to guarantee that work within their scope of responsibility is properly completed
- Manage priorities
- Monitor and report on capacity planning, workload plan and budget
- Assess risks and manage alerts
- Coordinate all the teams involved taking care that the project implemented respects the guidelines and the methodology
- Be responsible for the standardization of the solutions across the department (methodology, training)
- Lead projects committees and committees with main stakeholders
- Ensure the Change Management part, involving the team in the transformation of the department sharing changes, training and guidelines
- Report KPIs of the activity and ensure teams alignment with unit objectives
- Work closely with the team on the definition of the project framework, the main milestones for achieving the objectives
- Communicate with the various project stakeholders (normative teams, IT, end-users…)
- Contribute to normative review of the information collected (life cycle of banking products and market activities, generic accounting schemes, data required for financial reporting)
- Anticipate the potential risks, monitor the KPI and the workload
- Participate in all phases of this transformation project with 150 users
- Support the users in this change
Profile and Skills to Success
- Business School or Master’s degree or Engineering school degree
- At least 8 years of professional experience in banking sector and/or audit, accounting, consulting or management control
- Previous relevant experience in project activity as project manager
- Relevant experience of team management
- Knowledge of Finance projects methodology
- Knowledge of financial Information Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Good communication skills
- Able to influence and create personal Impact
- Good organizational skills
- Results driven and able to deliver

About the Team
- Finance Implementation Projects (FIP), a team within the COO (Chief Operating Office) of Finance, ensures the end-to-end implementation of business and regulatory projects. Highly involved with our internal (Finance) and external partners (Business teams...), the FIP teams meet the diverse and varied needs of the business lines and regulatory projects, in compliance with the required plans
- The FIP teams also provide leadership to the global FIP community, ensuring the global consistency of Finance projects throughout the world, in all territories that use our one financial system (OFS). FIP managed is approximately 400 projects and maintains approximately 350 interfaces between business lines and accounting systems
