ABOUT THE JOB

 

MISSION

The main objective of the Performance Management Projects team is to drive the transformation within Management Accounting world by providingfull-integrated solutions: supporting OFS Roll-Out program, implementing digitalization solutions within CIB Actuals program and redesigning reporting processes supported by new agile solutions as well as providing functional and systems expertise.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Act as a leader coordinating multiple priorities, deliveries and stakeholders:

  • Identify Actuals stream priorities, defining its proper strategy and on boarding in alignment with the stakeholders
  • Manage interdependencies, identify risks and develop mitigation plans while ensuring project quality
  • Be able to communicate key messages on the project and escalate risk to the management in order to facilitate the decision-making process
  • Establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues, and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required
  • Develop measurable project goals and objectives and monitor progress towards achievement
  • Develop detailed project plans including documentation, testing, training, and budgeting following years’ developments
  • Lead project post-mortems and share within the team/Finance community best practices and learnings acquired across the project
  • Participation in the testing and analysis of the project. Suggest improvement methods and appropriate solutions options
  • Coordinate and manage the communication with the final users as well as the preparation and the execution of the UAT sessions with them
  • Organize and lead training sessions for the new functionalities/tool as part of the change management
  • Share best practices and homogenize solutions on tools across Management Accounting worldwide scope

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

  • Business school or University Graduate, Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance.

Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis/Management Accounting/ Client profitability / Credit risk / ALMT in banking industry would be a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills

 Languages

  • Fluent in English (both oral and written) and French would be a plus.

 

 

SKILLS

Technical

  • Strong analytical skills – passion to deep dive and perform analysis on big amount of data
  • Strong knowledge of banking activities and products
  • Good knowledge of accounting
  • Knowledge of financial reporting processes in Banking and Capital Market industry
  • IT skills: Excel advanced user, database consultation (SQL, Business Objects), PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Finance tools and systems would be a plus

  • Good communication (spoken and written) and capability to work and interact with people of different expertise and hierarchical level
  •  Ability to adapt to change and client oriented
  • Collaborative work and team player
  • Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, to prioritize and to manage a pressure
