🟠 WHO WE ARE
We are RISK, the independent control function of BNP Paribas. As the second line of defence we oversee credit, market, liquidity, operational and ESG risks. Our Iberian Hub in Madrid supports the group with consulting, cyber‑security, data analysis and AI, serving risk teams across Europe, the US and APAC.

🟡 MISSION
As a Risk Monitoring Analyst, you will organise and prepare quarterly review and monthly provisioning committees for Watchlist & Doubtful Debtors. You will ensure timely, accurate documentation, drive follow‑up on recommendations, and support cross‑functional projects that improve tools and processes. Your work safeguards the bank’s risk appetite and enhances regulatory compliance.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define calendars and agendas for quarterly WL/DD review committees.
  • Gather reports, prepare case files and ensure minutes are signed.
  • Organise monthly provisioning committees, validate movements in MIRO.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects, especially WaDoop enhancements.
  • Act as a reference point for WL/DD processes and support global WaDoop users.

  • Expertise in risk monitoring, risk awareness and control.
  • Mastery of meeting facilitation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork, customer‑oriented mindset and excellent communication.
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to organise sensitive, regulator‑focused processes.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to interact with senior stakeholders worldwide.
