- The Swiss Project Governance team who is responsible of application repository. Applications are not in the scope as such, but the relation between infrastructures and applications is)
- Applications owners to manage the links between infrastructure components and applications.
- All CMDB or Inventories consumers, which include a wide variety of profiles, like continuity teams, security or IT Business.
- Manage runtime operations, confirming that scheduled jobs execute correctly and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and improve data quality of inventories through daily reporting and corrective actions.
- Design and implement functional and technical enhancements, including CMDB modeling and script development.
- Produce quarterly quality indicators and customized reports for continuity, security, and business teams.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and propose process improvements to boost efficiency.
Experience
Experience working with CMDB and inventory management
Having experience as IT production specialist or application specialist would be a plus.
An ITIL certification would be a plus
