Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Critical Criteria’s

o   Expertise on BDD concepts and good practices

o   Design test cases following BDD principles 

o   Knowledge Bug Life Cycle & root cause analysis , JIRA , XRAY

o   SQL / JQL

o   Define and prepare test data

o   Define and prepare test environments and interfaces

·         Test preparation

o   Estimate and plan tests

o   Define NRT test plans

o   Define and prepare test data

o   Define and prepare test environments and interfaces

o   Identify Risk-Issue along with their mitigation

·         Test cases updating and execution

o   Complete the description of the NRT test cases, if necessary

o   Validate prerequisites for test execution before starting

o   Execute tests

o   Analyse the outcomes of the executed tests to check compliance with requirements (expected / observed)

o   Record the proof of tests

o   Qualify and declare defects in the appropriate tools, after performing level 1 analysis 

·         Test reporting

o   Report on test preparation progress

o   Report on test execution progress, results and remaining workload/ planning
