Description of the department
The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with AXA IM Prime’ clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team and the sales team on its day to day tasks and projects
Your daily responsibilities:
- Assist Client Service team & Business Development in their day to day tasks, and in particular :
- Participate to the onboarding process of clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc…
- Monitor the delivery of the fund reporting to AXA IM Prime clients
- Assist sales in preparing monthly activity report for Management Board meetings
- Assist sales in defining target investor lists using various datebases
- Assist in referencing of AXA IM Prime’s strategies and funds on various consultant databases
- Monitor RFP sites such as Mandatwire, Global Fund search, etc. to identify potential RFP’s for AXA IM Prime
- Support the process in structuring AXA IM Prime’ answers to Requests for Proposals (‘RFPs’) or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick-off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high quality content on AXA IM Prime expertise overall.
- Support the process of preparing ad-hoc client pitches using AXA IM Prime slide deck library

- Fluent in English (verbal and written) and French. Third language highly appreciated!
