Mission:
Work closely with Head of Insurance & Claims to deliver the best possible insurance solution for Arval’s drivers and clients.
- Advanced claims management
- Set strategy for claims and align with stakeholders
- Control your tasks to protect customer and Arval interests
- Be aligned with the budget and forecast for insurance
- Promote insurance products and find ways to increase penetration
- Manage and develop products
- Respect processes & rules defined to ensure efficient & qualitative management
- Work closely with all stakeholders (Sales, Remarketing, Operations teams, etc.)
- Contribute to increase clients & drivers satisfaction rate
- Making improvements for claims management that impacts efficiency or client satisfaction
- Follow up client performance and take necessary actions
Experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years from the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher education (meritorious)
- Fluency in Swedish
- Operational in English
