We are looking for a Clarity Product Owner who acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role combines translation of business requirements, orchestration of processes, and hands‑on configuration of the Clarity platform. You will understand why the business wants a solution, how Clarity can deliver it, and what IT must build or configure to make it happen.

Clarity Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into end‑to‑end Clarity solutions (configuration, processes, and reporting).
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Global Project & Portfolio Office, Finance, IT, and Clarity users.
• Explain technical limitations in clear business terms and politely challenge unrealistic expectations.
• Design and implement solutions beyond simple configuration, including data visualisation and workflow orchestration.
• Support developers and administrators, providing guidance on integration points and data‑model considerations.
• Manage release cycles across Dev / Test / Prod environments and ensure smooth deployment of configuration changes.
• Produce and customise reports (out‑of‑the‑box, custom, Jaspersoft basics) that answer key business questions.
• Maintain awareness of integration options (REST APIs), data synchronization, and ownership of data flows.

Requirements:

• Business & domain expertise – proven experience in Portfolio Management (portfolios, programs, projects, demand management, investment prioritisation, road‑maps, capacity, and financial management).
• Clarity functional knowledge – strong hands‑on experience configuring objects, attributes, relationships, blueprints, views, portlets, dashboards, and Studio settings; building jobs, status flows, and approval workflows.
• Reporting & analytics – ability to create and adapt standard and custom reports; familiarity with Jaspersoft is a strong plus.
• Technical awareness – basic SQL (read/interpret queries), understanding of Clarity’s data model, NSQL concepts, and REST‑API integration considerations.
• People skills – excellent communication, facilitation, and prioritisation; confidence to say “no” with clear, business‑focused reasons.
• Organisational awareness – experience working in multi‑environment (Dev/Test/Prod) landscapes and supporting release cycles.
• English language - Fluent in communication and writing
