DFS Payments & OVRK Junior Specialist with Italian
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Italian as working language.
- Proven track record of work in operational area, experience in securities services environment will be an advantage
- University degree (Finance, Economics, Law) or equivalent professional experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good understanding of funds industry
- Strong interpersonal skills: team spirit and communication
Responsibilities:
- Verifying and inputting manual cash instructions and approving automated cash instructions received from the clientsin order tomaintainbusiness continuity and client satisfaction.
- Performs day-to-day assigned cash and Ownership Verification & Records Keeping operations to secure stable andtimelydelivery of the process.
- Builds professional networks and liaises with the team, internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality service and relations.
- Performs call backs with the clients to ensure cash instructions correctness and efficient cooperation.
- Prepares required reports tofulfillService Level Agreement requirements.
- Supports process improvements and projects to improve quality of work and cost efficiencies.
