DFS Payments & OVRK Junior Specialist with Italian

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Italian as working language.
• Proven track record of work in operational area, experience in securities services environment will be an advantage 
• University degree (Finance, Economics, Law) or equivalent professional experience 
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good understanding of funds industry
• Strong interpersonal skills: team spirit and communication

Responsibilities:

• Verifying and inputting manual cash instructions and approving automated cash instructions received from the clientsin order tomaintainbusiness continuity and client satisfaction.
• Performs day-to-day assigned cash and Ownership Verification & Records Keeping operations to secure stable andtimelydelivery of the process.
• Builds professional networks and liaises with the team, internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality service and relations.
• Performs call backs with the clients to ensure cash instructions correctness and efficient cooperation.
• Prepares required reports tofulfillService Level Agreement requirements.
• Supports process improvements and projects to improve quality of work and cost efficiencies.
