About Business line/Function: The mission of Risk-Investment & Markets (Risk-IM) is to provide Senior Management of the Group, of the Operating Divisions, and of Risk Management with full transparency and dynamic analysis of the risks and clients managed by Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and Investment Solutions (IS) business units.

The Risk Systems team is part of Risk-IM, which mission includes providing the bank with a comprehensive capital markets risk system used to calculate market and counterparty risk capital figures using advanced methods and to support the needs of users for risk analysis, risk reporting and the credit process.

The Data Fabric team is responsible for delivering large scale risk data architecture, supporting regular and rapid re-configuration in compliance with increasingly stringent data governance rules.  

The team is growing because both risk and data are key areas which are being invested in to enable the BNP Paribas to meet its objectives.

Position Purpose: This purpose of the role is to support the CI/CD pipeline in Risk Systems and implementation of cloud infrastructure within Risk IT. This is a team member role and would entail management, co-ordination and execution of all DevOps projects and functions.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Specific Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be someone who has 3-5 years of overall experience as DevOps engineer with 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a cloud platform

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Technical Skills:

• Basic DevOps Skill – Setting up CI/CD Pipelines, troubleshooting CI/CD issues, Bitbucket/Git
• Cloud Native Technology Stack – Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, GitLab (optional)
• Scripting – Proficient in any 2 – Python, Grooy and Shell
• Operating System – Basic knowledge of Unix is mandatory
• Automation/Configuration – Experience in Ansible, Helm is mandatory.
• Cloud Platform – Should have experience is working on Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Private Cloud is preferred.
• Observability Tools – Experience in setting up Dynatrace, Opensearch, FluentBit
• DevSecOps – Fortify, Sonar, NexusIQ 
• AI – Should be able to work with AI tools like LLM, Agents, etc. Should be able to write meaningful prompts.
