HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Position Objective: Ensure the execution of operational processes outlined in the Service Catalog that supports the value proposition CARDIF COLOMBIA has made to its Business Partners, through agile, efficient, timely, and quality operational processes, in compliance with local regulations, Head Office policies, and the technical conditions of the products, enabling us to guarantee the results expected by the shareholder.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance indicators of the operational areas to define the respective action plans that allow for continuous improvement.
Ensure the execution of operational processes related to issuance, billing, and collections, payment of commissions to the Partner and Broker, and claims handling within the deadlines agreed upon in the Service Level Agreements established with Business Partners, in compliance with local regulations.
Outsource processes that require capacity adjustments based on business development: Claims processing; Administration and safekeeping of policies; Printing, preparation, and distribution of policies; Call center services (Inbound - Outbound).
Ensure proper management of the Operations budget, provisions, and reserves according to local guidelines and Headquarters standards.
Professional profile:
Professionals with undergraduate degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Graduate studies: Specialization or Master's in Insurance, Quality Management Systems, Projects, Human Resource Management, or Operational Model Design. Approximately 10 years of experience in the financial, services, or insurance sector.
