CDO – CHIEF DATA OFFICER

Cardif Seguros Generales, a leader in Bancassurance with a focus on innovation and growth, is seeking for its team within the VP ETO (covering Colombia and Peru) our next Chief Data Officer, responsible for establishing Data Governance.

- General objective of the position:

Strategically manage the company's analytics models, ensuring minimum quality standards and creating added value over them by leading the specialized information and data management team. Manage, plan, and implement the comprehensive data strategy across Data Governance, data exploitation, and the evolution of existing models.

- Main responsibilities:
 • Execute strategic or tactical projects in both Peru and Colombia, related to company governance and data management.
 • Lead and mature Data Governance across both countries, in accordance with the data governance model defined by the headquarters and aligned with business and operational needs.
 • Resolve incidents, problems, and events related to data architecture and the delivery of data at the company level, as well as with partners and clients.
 • Act as the company’s data officer in both Peru and Colombia.

- Professional Profile:

Professional in engineering or exact sciences. Essential: knowledge in data engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and data warehouses. Familiarity with the insurance sector, implementation of projects at an international level, experience in technology and data methodologies focused on Banking and Retail.
