Main Purpose
To facilitate contact resolution of Inbound & escalated customer queries received from our customers, whilst at all times ensuring that the customer experience is consistent with the RCS brand values. The successful candidates will work in Mobicred.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound/outbound calls
• Identify problems by carefully analysing, diagnosing and investigating the issues and by providing solutions
• Liaise and communicate relevant information verbally and in written format
• Make a decision by applying technical and procedural knowledge to a given situation
• Prioritise daily, weekly and monthly tasks by carrying out each task timeously
• Manage chat/email boxes
• Ensure service levels adhered to
• General adhoc and administrative duties

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Grade 12/Matric
• Computer literacy, must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• 1-2 years’ call center or retail experience
• 1-2 years’ customer service in Finance industry would be added advantage
