Within CS2R (Cyber Security, Risks and Resilience direction of BNP Paribas Cardif), the Programs and Performance Management (P&PM) team oversees the implementation of the “Cyber Program” across all entities. The team steers the deployment of the program, validates with the management and the stakeholders the strategy to manage the Group priorities. It defines the CARDIF steering organization and manages the Cyber Panorama and associated committees. It provides support to the entities and validates the evidence provided by entities. The team provides centralized visibility; tracks progress regarding entities’ commitments and alerts on any risks of shift
Position Purpose:
The Cyber Program of Cardif is globally monitored and followed globally by the Programs & Performance Management Department of the CS2R Direction.
The objectives of the Cyber Program must be implemented by all Cardif subsidiaries worldwide. There are 25 subsidiaries. Subsidiaries of Asia, Europe and Latam are grouped in ETO regions. We have 3 subsidiaries (Japan, Taiwan and South Korea) in Region Cardif Asia and 12 in region Cardif EMEA (Europe) and 6 in Latin America.
The cyber-program PMO works for CS2R / P&PM team, and consolidate, monitor, follows and support the related cyber-program projects and initiatives for the Cardif Asia region, to ensure their adequate progress, the completion of their delivery and the achievement of our cyber objectives.
In a second step the role will extend to the same activities for Cardif EMEA region (Europe), in coordination with Cardif EMEA CISO team.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Identifyingthe projects and run initiatives with the related stakeholders (CISO ofCardifAsia region and team, and CISOs of the 3 subsidiaries),
- Collecting the key information about the projects/initiatives (project sponsor, project manager, project status, expected milestones and deliverables),
- Ensuring that project and initiative commitments are clearly defined and met in line with the processes defined by theorganisation,
- Supervising the collection of informationrequiredto keep the portfolio of projects up to date (budget, schedule, workremaining, etc.),
- Organizing regular operational meetings with the project managers / initiative leaders to collect and challenge progress status, main achievements, mainstepsand issues/alerts. In some case, project managers will not be only inCardifentities but will be also in CIB APAC,
- Supporting project managers / initiative leaders in resolving issues (‘facilitator role’). If necessary, taking in charge the resolution of issues,
- Analysingdeviations and produce a summary of the project portfolio for the portfolio management bodies (capacity to complete work, overruns, risks,alertsand dependencies, etc.),
- Coordinating regularly with P&PM Cyber program coordinator about progress and issues,
- Consolidatingall indicators needed tomonitortheprojectsscope. proposes proactively improvements in themethodologyand tools used,
- Reporting regularly to P&PM Cyber program coordinator and Head of P&PM.In particular, Candidateinforms and/or alerts follow-up management about schedule, delivery,risksand budgets.
- Preparing and organizing a monthly steering ‘cyber program projects/initiative regional steering committee’ with the participation ofCardifRegion CISO, Head of CS2R/P&PM, P&PM Cyber program coordinator, Cyber projects sponsors, CIB APAC; to share the main achievements, nextstepsand issues/alerts to escalate.
