About the job 
  • FRESH is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions that brings together a community of 1.600 experts coming from Finance, RISK and IT backgrounds, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market

Your Main Activities Are
  • Design high-performance data pipelines (ETL) to feed a DWH using state of the art data engineering techniques according to business specifications
  • Implement flow automation through CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end release of artifacts across environments
  • Design data models and schemas as well as providing architectural guidance and recommendations according to traditional BI best practices
  • Provide end- users with support on the handling of Dataiku, with support on the implementation of best practices
  • Coach and guidance towards junior team members, as well as stakeholders
Profile and Skills to Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a data engineer
  • High proficiency in SQL. In addition, demonstrated expertise and professional experience in MS SQL’s T-SQL. At ease with developing SQL CTEs, windows functions as well as robust queries
  • Proven expertise in implementing a DWH following a traditional BI architecture (ODS -> DWH -> DTM -> Dashboard)
  • Knowledge of programming languages and core concepts such as Java and Python
  • Knowledge on how to implement CI/CD pipelines and flow automation
  • Proven experience with data analytics ETL tools such as: Apache Nifi, Dataiku
  • Data visualization tools, both in terms of dashboard development and tool administration, such as: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik. Ideal, Tableau
  • Previous experience with data migration dedicated projects
  • Teamwork, client focus and attention to details
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), along with interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to report (simplify complex information in a clear, organized and visual manner, adapting it to the different stakeholders)
  • Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast-changing environment. At ease with multi-tasking
About the Team 
  • RDS 09 - Risk Reporting & Analytics team aims to provide support services to its users in the creation, maintenance and evolution of BI solutions, enabling RISK teams to produce different dashboards for the Group’s credit & operational risks (e.g. risk profile steering, risk measures, risk monitoring, etc.) 
  • The systems involved are: SAS Risk, a platform that allows RISK users to prepare data, produce several analysis and reporting for credit analysts, top management and regulators; DARK (Data Analytics RisK), a platform that allows RISK SGCP users to go further in their reporting by producing dashboards which are user-friendly, dynamic and configurable; DERIK RB (DEclic data for RisK efficiency Retail Banking), which provides users with an industrial tool to manage information coming from alerting systems; RISK EM (Risk Europe Méditerranée), an industrialized BI platform dedicated to the reporting of various KPI provided by different countries
