About the Job

The main goal is to advise corporate and institutional clients providing them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitization transactions across a range of asset classes by managing the BNP Paribas’ securitization financing activities credit risk, resources and profitability on an ongoing basis. Additionally, it is also involved in the overall securitization financing portfolio optimization in terms of profitability, risk and capital assessment

Your Main Activities Will Be

• Understand and analyze the transactions’ structure, credit risk and profitability
• Create and update credit memoranda for annual reviews, renewals, amendments and waivers
• Participate in credit committees
• Update quarterly securitization watchlist reports
• Monitor transaction performance and review transaction risks, such as changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers and covenant compliance
• Assist in executing, closing, and onboarding new transactions, including preparation of internal documentation, and control of funding requests
• Maintain portfolio reports including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, budgeting and forecasting for Profit and Loss, capital, and liquidity
• Review and contribute to regulatory capital calculation of Securitized Products Group (SPG) transactions
• Maintain and update internal policies and procedures
• Implement new or revised risk policies and related tools
• Help improve portfolio‑management and monitoring tools and processes, increasing the team’s productivity through automation and efficiency measures

 Profile and Skills to Success

• Master´s Degree from a Business or Engineering School with specialization in Finance
• Excellent communication skills and Fluency in English 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
• Great team spirit and ability to collaborate with others
• Attention to detail with an analytical approach with ability to synthetize

• Securitized Products Group (SPG) covers Asset Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Private Debt Financing
