About the job

  • As a Data Privacy and Protection Expert, the primary mission is to spearhead the development and implementation of robust data privacy and protection frameworks within P&P group function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of compliance with internal and external data regulatory requirements, and the minimization of related risks

Your Main Activities Are

  • Assists P&P CDO in steering the data strategy and roadmap, for the data privacy and protection domain
  • Develops, adapts and disseminates guidelines, policies/procedures and recommendations for his/her entity in the area of “Privacy & Protection”, while promoting the Group’s positions
  • Coordinates with LEGAL, RISK (DPO), IT and other SMEs to address privacy and protection topics and challenges
  • Provides regulatory and digital expertise to strengthen entity methodology framework on “Privacy & Protection” with a focus on buyer support on contract, and P&P tool deployment
  • Organizes the controls framework on privacy & protection for P&P 1st LoDperimeter
  • Coordinates privacy and protection KPIs reporting for P&P
  • Represents P&P (by delegation from CDO) in the Data Privacy & Protection governance
  • Contributes to the assessment of the personal data breaches as 1st LoDexpert
  • Promotes awareness on privacy and protection matters across P&P entity
  • Contributes to the development and promotion of the ethical aspect of Personal Data Protection
  • Develops and implement the operation of controls and management strategies to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability and relevant compliance of information and information systems used within
  • Reports risk and data breaches internally. Create descriptive, predictive and quantitative analyses addressing key business priorities and supporting the stakeholders' decision making

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s Degree in Law
  • Data Privacy & Protection Certification like CIPP/E or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of Experience in Data Privacy and Protection
  • Proficiency in Data Viz Blending Analytics Power BI
  • Fluency in English
  • Data knowledge
  • Information technology and Intellectual Property law
  • Culture transformation Change management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Communication skills 
  • Ability to synthetize/simplify
