Become our new Business Management and Reporting Officer based in Porto or Lisbon
BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC TEAM
Our main goal is to guarantee to our administration and shareholders that the information produced internally presents truly and fairly the reality of the company at every moment. The Business Management and Reporting Officer will coordinate and support the implementation of new activities/ local projects, support the governance of Cardif support, ensure the liaison between top management and Cardif support teams and produce reports/ corporate documents ensuring timely data collection from data owners, securing information rigor and overall final versions.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE FINANCE TEAM:
- Comply with Corporate Project Management Methodology.
- Define project scope, goals, calendar and deliverables.
- Act as the focal point and key enabler with all relevant stakeholders (Clients, Cardif Support areas, Head Office, BNPP Group entities, Territory entities or others) assuming full ownership of assigned projects/ special initiatives.
- Pilot project’s workstreams, coordinating committees and identify, manage and report to sponsors or other relevant stakeholders’ key decisions to prioritize or arbitrate, identifying risks and alternative scenarios if needed.
- Contribute to the overall center´s organization/ transversal initiatives, supporting the full cycle of each action: communications, strategic meetings, conferences, committees, reports, specific studies, activities mapping and support.
- Support the identification of process improvements taking ownership of improvement execution.
- Communicate and report clearly and effectively with senior management stakeholders and operational teams.
- Prepare adhoc reports ensuring liaison with relevant areas ensuring timely and accuracy of all information management data
READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Holder of a degree or higher education diploma.
- Previous experience in client facing roles valued.
- Proficient with MS Office: EXCEL and Powerpoint (mandatory).
- Strong command on English and French (written and oral); other languages will be a plus.
- Experience on transformation projects/ project steering and implementation.
- Involvement in change management programs.
- Experience in Operational/ Transversal senior roles, Risk Management, Governance or in the coordination of projects within Process Units is a plus.
