Who will I be working with?
You will be working at the heart of our business within our HR function as a Level 3 Human Resources Support Apprentice – rotating around the Engagement and Learning and Development, Reward and HR Business Partner teams.
These teams within HR help to:
- execute the People strategy by, supporting culture and engagement initiatives for our workforce covering areas such as DE&I, succession planning, performance management, learning and development, talent management and development, HR communication
- manage the compensation programmes across the business, including the annual compensation review cycle
- provide a fully integrated HR service and specialist advice to the business
- many other projects.
What will I be doing?
This apprentice role will be working alongside our HR experts and will rotate between the Engagement and Learning and Development, Reward and HR Business Partner teams and will help support:
- Each of these team’s day-to-day operational processes - including HR analytics, data input, maintenance, and management of systems
- HR projects
- create presentations and draft communications
- review and implement new processes and policies
- arrange meetings and attending meetings with stakeholders and suppliers
- produce and analyse reports
Technical Skills, Competencies, Abilities and Qualifications required for the role
- Five GCSEs including Maths and English grade A-C (level 4-9)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills; Teamwork, Self-motivation & initiative, Work ethic
Conduct

Additional Information
- Apprentices need to have a continued right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
- You may only apply for one Apprenticeship role per academic year.
- Our apprenticeship roles are aimed at candidates who have not already completed a degree at a University.
