About Business line/Function:

Business Management team, which is part of the CIB IT Production covers all PMO and governances related activities for the entire Production and APS scope.

 

Digital working team takes care of two main technologies. 

1.     Collaborative Infra – Exchange, Skype, and other messaging related tools. 

2.       Desktop Engineering – AD, AV and MECM Infra management including patch and package deployment for endpoints.

Position Purpose

Supporting our APAC end users with SCCM/MECM and Active Directory backend Infrastructure.

  • Understanding Active Directory concepts like Forest, domain, FSMO, replication and AD User, Computer and Group objects must.
  • Preparing solutions based on business requirement. 
  • PowerShell scripting skill required to automate BAU and mundane tasks. 
  • Managing AD objects from console and PowerShell. 
  • Design and implement AD group policy to user and computers. 
  • Enterprise-level Management and handling of SCCM / MECM operations and reporting desired.
  • Application and Software update Configuration baseline desired.
  • Operating System and updates deployment using SCCM/MECM 
  • Asset and Software inventory, Compliance reporting
  • Planning and configuration for Security Compliance as per BNP Standards
  • Desktop Environment configuration, hardening and compliance management and automation processing via SCCM
  • Windows Systems Monthly Security Patching & Vulnerability management 
  • Product Lifecycle / License / Utilization monitoring, reporting & version up-gradation
  • Report & operation automation using SCCM 

 

 

 

 

 

Contributing Responsibilities

 

  • Active Directory Forest, domain and object related scripting skills for 3+ years. 
  • Proven experience working with different versions of SCCM / MECM (2-5 years hands-on)

 

  • Proven experience working with Offshore L3 team members.

 

  • Proven experience working with Active Directory and SCCM
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Product such as Windows OS , Windows Server,  Active Directory, SCCM, MS-Office and Ability to implement solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies

 

  • ITIL, ITSM and Project Management skills.

 

  • Must be a great communicator, teacher and influencer.

 

  • Must be a keen learner and enthusiastic about technology.

 

  • Ability to perform deep dive analysis of issues and be able to quickly resolve complex problems.

  • Be service oriented, customer focused, positive, and committed and an enthusiastic team player with a flexible 'can do' attitude



  • Relishes taking responsibility in a hands-on environment directly interfacing with people at all levels of the organization
    .
  • Be able to follow the company’s standards, processes and procedures.

 

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Tertiary qualification in an IT (Computer Engineering or Sciences). 

  • 3-5 years of direct experience managing and supporting a large SCCM/MECM environment.

 

  • Technology Certifications preferable: (SCCM/MECM, MCSA, MCITP, Active Directory, MCSE, Intune)

 

  • Windows Authentication experience would be a plus (Kerberos, Gemalto Smartcards, Entrust PKI)

 

  • Preferable experience and Knowledge in McAfee ePO
