Job Description: UI Developer (Angular) / Java Backend (Spring Boot),Distributed Systems: Kafka, Kafka Streams, Cassandra, Zookeeper, Solr.

Position Purpose: 

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces (UI) and backend services within a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

Front-End (UI):

• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Optimize performance and user experience.
• Manage REST API calls and client-side business logic.

Back-End (Java / Spring Boot):

• Design and develop RESTful services in Java using Spring Boot.
• Implement business logic, business rules, and asynchronous processing.
• Integrate with databases and distributed systems (Cassandra / Kafka / etc.).
• Good knowledge of basic Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of WebSphere Liberty Core, IHS, Nginx, Ansible playbooks.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS, certificates, and SSO (OIDC / SAML).
• Automated unit and integration testing, code quality metrics (Sonar) using JUnit, Mockito, JMeter.

Distributed Environment: 

• Interaction with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
• MUST: Kafka producer/consumer and Kafka Streams processing.
• Use of Zookeeper for service coordination.
• Integration and operation of Solr for indexing.
• Participation in the implementation of scalable and resilient solutions.

Contributing Responsibilities

•              Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

•              Collaborate effectively with international teams to align on project goals.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End: Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx.
• Back-End: Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
