Job Title: Vice President – QIS Structurer

Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019

Duties: Contribute to the development and the day to day activity of the distribution and institutional Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) franchise. Design, structure, market, and maintain indices to meet partner and clients requirements. Contribute to the digitalization of the QIS platform in Americas. Participate in the creation and the integration of new indices in the QIS production environment by testing systems, back testing algorithms, preparing trade and activity approval memoranda, and presenting them in approval committees in collaboration with QIS Structuring teams in Europe. Identify new opportunities arising from market and client watch. Strong collaboration with QIS Structuring Team members and with key Sales and Trading partners across QIS platform, as well as the EQD (Equity Derivatives) and Macro Structuring teams in Americas. *Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp. office in New York, NY.

SALARY: $185,000 - $230,000/ year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Quantitative Finance, Applied Mathematics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with the following: structuring and Designing QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies ) namely equity based alpha generating and enhanced beta investment strategies; coding in major languages such as Python, Java, C++ or VBA; structuring in Equities or Multi Asset; promoting Structured Products & Derivatives to distribution and institutional clients; and maintaining QIS Indices throughout whole life cycle: event management, publication checks, post trade analyses.
